Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Guest

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, email support@beach.eyetrick.ru with your booking ID and QR ticket reference. Cancellations are processed within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the card issuer. Bank transfer fees, if any, are borne by the guest.

4. Cancellation by the Beach Operator

If a beach operator cancels your reservation due to force majeure (extreme weather, temporary closure, etc.), you will receive a 100% refund within 3 business days. We will notify you by email and/or SMS as soon as possible.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days of the booking date at support@beach.eyetrick.ru. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

6. Fiscal Receipt

In accordance with Montenegrin Law on Fiscalisation, a fiscal receipt is issued for each payment and is emailed to you automatically. Refunds are accompanied by a corrective fiscal document.
